Payment is expected at the time of service. Our fees are consistent with those charged by other family practitioners in the area.

We participate with many insurance and managed care plans and will bill insurance for our patients who are enrolled in one of these plans. Patients on insurance plans are asked to pay their co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles as well as for any non-covered services at the time of their visit.

Special arrangements may be made with our billing department when circumstances make it difficult to meet your financial responsibility at the time of your visit.
