Education
Dr. Foy earned a podiatry degree in 1996 from the W. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, and graduated in 2000 from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona.
 

Post Doctoral Training
After completing his medical studies, Dr. Foy moved to Tennessee, where he practiced family medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. 

Hospital Appointments
Dr. Foy has courtesy privileges at both John C. Lincoln hospitals in Phoenix: Deer Valley Hospital and North Mountain Hospital

Memberships, Offices and Committee Appointments
He is a former member of the Student Osteopathic Medical Association and the American Pediatric Medical Association.

Research Interests
Dr. Foy has experience in emergency and urgent care.
