If you have an HMO insurance and your provider has given you a referral to a specialist, please allow at least 7 business days for us to process your referral. You will be notified either by mail or phone that your referral was authorized. some insurance carriers have an additional turn around time to approve your referral once it has been submitted of 7 additional days.
If you have PPO insurance you do not need a referral and can schedule your appointment on your own. If you change insurance please notify us immediately.
